At Chris Craft we succeeded in replacing the wood substrates that were bent and glued to match the bow area with plastic. Thus the name Formwrap was coined to indicate a custom curved piece of plastic to match the boat's contours. Over the years there have been many changes to create a better Formwrap. The introduction of custom mounting clips to aid in installation and service. All of these improvements and modifications have resulted in a much more accurate and customer friendly part.
