Formco, Inc. was established in 1986 by Dave Slagel. Our goal is to provide you with plastic solutions. We have four people on staff, each with over 20 years experience in the marine, HVAC, specialty vehicle and manufacturing markets. We are able to assist you in design as well as engineering to develop quality, user friendly product.
Our mold department has worked from paper drawings to mocked up parts to 3D CAD drawings. We produce prototypes and parts from hand carved wood molds to complex, water cooled, aluminum filled resin molds.
Our broad range of experience allows us to help our customer choose the best method of production for their product. We pride ourselves in rapid prototyping to aid in the development of effective final design for production and manufacturing. Thermoforming capabilities range from small to medium large sized product with varying materials based on application. CNC capabilities extend to sheet sizes up to 66” x 120”. We also provide assembly and forming to customer specifications.
